Beautycon is an annual beauty festival, which takes place in London, Dubai, Los Angeles, and New York City. Beautycon celebrates and embraces beauty with countless celebrities, content creators, and brands. While you get to explore loads of booths, Beautycon provides meet-ups and panel discussions with your favorite talents.

Beautycon is where you can experience the latest beauty trends. Brands come up with fun ideas from small games, temporary tattoos, and even taking pictures with half-naked models covered in colorful paint (lol). On top of that, you get to see all of your favorite influencers in one place. I mean, if you’re into makeup, how would you resist such an enormous festival? Come on, Zendaya was there giving a speech.
Beautycon expands each year, and this year’s Beautycon was very special to K-Beauty lovers. The primary focus was health & wellness, and Korean Beauty.
Beautycon launched a section called “K-Town” solely dedicated to Korean Beauty. Many Korean brands such as Seolhwasoo, Laneige, Amore Pacific, and Soo Ae represented K-Beauty.
In the heart of K-Town, Besfren Beauty proudly represented three of their top selling brands it carries. Donginbi, Jayjun, and Elensilia. To give you a brief information about Besfren Beauty, it is a multi-brand Korean beauty retail store founded in 2016. It is like Sephora for Korean beauty, which sounds absolutely heavenly. Besfren Beauty is already making its way up in the competitive beauty industry, and is quickly expanding.
On these two magical days of Beautycon, Morgan Stewart (a.k.a. Morgansbeautybreakdown and Morganallisonstewart on social media platforms), partnered up with Besfren Beauty, and represented three of its best brands.
Besfren Beauty had a wheel of fortune in front of the booth, which formed an endless line all around the booth.
Donginbi, KGC ‘s cosmetic brand that uses 6 year old Korean red ginseng as the key ingredient for mainly anti-aging fuction, has repackaged their whole skin care line, which has not launched in stores just yet. Despite the availability, its graceful packaging and exceptional quality drew many beauty gurus.
Elensilia, the brand known for its signature snail mucus cream, has brought their sheet masks, ampoules, face and body soaps, perfume sticks, and other types of creams. Amongst them all, French Propolis Ampoule was undeniably an attention grabber of the weekend. Because of its affordable price and generous amount of gold flakes in the product easily hooked many.
Jayjun, relatively a new cosmetic brand that gained its popularity for being founded by the top surgeons in Korea, and for its remarkable collaboration with the legendary actress Drew Barrymore, flaunted its newest lines, Anti-Dust and Real Water Brightening line, along with its top sellers of all time. Beauty gurus could not keep their eyes off of Anti-dust line with the gorgeous floral packaging and Barrymore’s life changing sheet mask, the Intensive Shining Mask.
The beauty of Beautycon is bumping into famous people left and right.
Liah Yoo, Irene Kim, and even Lucy Hale hung out at Besfren’s booth.
It was personally my first Beautycon ever, and I must say, ‘twas a magical weekend I’d never forget!
