How To Use
Drench a cotton pad and gently wipe over dry skin until all makeup and impurities have been removed.
For heavy, waterproof makeup, allow the cotton pad to sit on the area for about 10-20 seconds to soften and cleanse the skin.
No need to rinse but depending on personal preferences, you may rinse with warm water or follow up with a second cleanser.
