Declutter Your Life Before The New Year!

New Years

Hey y'all! Christmas is officially over, and everyone seems to be getting ready for the new year.  Well, I think that ending the year well is very important before you come up with your new year’s resolution. Because, you just can't start a "new life" from an unorganized life!

Let’s say, you opened a drawer to find something, and you’re keep opening the new drawers without closing any of them. How messy would it be?

Before getting onto the awaited fresh start, here are some loose ends you might want to take care of.

Clean out & Organize your Closet!

+your drawers, refrigerator, and your phone too!

I know many of you have been buying whole lot of knickknacks towards the end of the year. (Thanks to all the Black Friday Deals, Christmas Sale, and boxing day.) And your closet's probably looking something like this...

 Messy Closet

If you agree, it's time to clean it out for a fresh new start!

Here are some of my tips.

1. Donate decent clothes that you haven't been wearing. If you haven't been reaching for it for at least a year, you're unlikely gonna wear it for another year.

2. Let it go! Throw out worn out clothes.

3. Organize them by color.

4. Storing your folded clothes in the drawers may look neat, but it is extremely easy to get messy again, because it’s hard to find what clothes are under another. Instead, try to hang your clothes or store it where you can easily see.

5. Invest in some velvet hangers to prevent your clothes from falling off, AND save some extra space.

If you have an organized closet, you'll know exactly what you have, and you'll be able to know what you need and what you dont. You can save so much money by avoiding unnecessary shopping, while making the most of your wardrobe.

Now that you have a clean closet, don't you want to do the same with your drawers, refrigerator, and even your phone? Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Happy holidays!
