*Shipping and delivery (UPS, USPS, DHL) experience may vary based on the impact of COVID-19.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Paypal.
*To avoid any payment any delay, for orders outside the U.S., we recommend using PayPal (especially if the card issuing bank is of non-U.S. origin)

How much is shipping?

USA:
Shipping to the USA for all orders under $39 is based on weight and starts at $3.99.

Free standard shipping to the US (Mainland) for orders of $39 or more! (Exclude tax & any coupon discount)

All US orders are shipped based by weight using DHL, USPS and UPS. All standard US orders will be received within 3-8 business days.

Priority shipping option orders will be received within 2-5 business days.

*Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or returned or delayed by the postal service.

US (Outside of State): 
Shipping to the US (Outside of State) for all orders is based on weight and starts at $3.99.

Please calculate and compare your shipping fees in the cart.

Outside of US: Please note duties and fees mandated by customs (customs $ value will be annotated as the full value of all products - discounts are not considered in the customs total value). 

Hazardous items (Fragrance, Spray, Essential oils, Hand Sanitizer, Nail Polish etc) are not eligible for international shipping. 

Maximum $300 or 8 Lbs per order due to customs constraints issued by each country. Customers who wish to purchase more than $300 or 8 Lbs, we recommend you place two separate orders to avoid customs issues.

*All shipment to Middle East Asia countries are temporary delayed due to COVID19 pandemic.

 

*We now added DHL Worldwide Express shipping to international orders, for most major destinations around the world, DHL Worldwide Express will arrive in just business 3-6 days. Please calculate and compare your shipping fees in the cart.

*We now ship to APO or P.O. Boxes!

What are my delivery options?

All of our orders ship within 24 hours of purchase (does not include weekends).

Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or duties and fees mandated by customs (Customs $ value will be annotated as the full value of all products - discounts are not considered in the customs total value) . International orders may take approximately 15 business days or more for delivery, depending on the respective country's customs and postal processes. 

*Some orders (over $150) may take additional phone verification & processing days.

Same Day Shipping

Same Day Shipping applies to orders placed before 3PM Eastern Standard Time on a business day. If the order is placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a holidays, the order will be scheduled to ship the following business day.

If shipping to outside of U.S., do I need to pay customs fees or any other specific country duties and fees?

If there are any, duties and fees will be paid by recipient.  Before making your purchase, it is important to understand your customs or any other specific duties and fees that may be associated with your respective country.  

How do returns work?

We want you to love your experience with MASKSHEETS and your new mask sheet products. On the off chance that you don't, we're here to help!

As a MASKSHEETS customer, you're entitled to the following:

*Promotions are not valid on previous orders.

*Only new and unopened items are accepted for return.

*Return shipping charges are responsibility of the purchaser.

*Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.

*Returning item(s)  should be postmarked by the 30 calendar days of the date when you received the order. Please note No returns will be accepted after 30 calendar days from the date you received the order. The item(s) will be shipped back at your expense.

*Previous purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.

*Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on international orders and shipments.

Steps for Refund

1. Contact Us, with your order number and return reason.

2. We will contact you either with your phone or email for returning eligibility.

3. Send returning item(s) to masksheets.com

* We recommend using a delivery service that offers package tracking and basic insurance coverage.

4. Your package is received you will receive an email with the refundable amount. The refundable amount will be issued back to the original form of payment(Credit Card, Paypal etc.). Please keep in mind that this process may take up to 10 business days.
